Seer is a remote first agency and Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego.

What about you?

You have 8+ years of agency experience and have worked closely with creative team members, including writers, designers and UX, to produce a wide range of creative projects, including building brand systems, UX research and visual design, and asset production. You are comfortable working on multiple projects, quickly adapt to new situations and expertly remove roadblocks for the team. You have an impressive client portfolio and excel at client communications, leading with empathy and a desire to find solutions. 
You are also deeply immersed in the operations of a creative team. You have built out project workflows, resource plans, project schedules, and are experienced in leveraging tools like Monday, Trello, Wrike, etc. You are drawn to creating efficiencies and optimizing processes to ensure a positive client experience and smooth process for the creative team. You have a natural curiosity, and a proactive approach to drive improvements, leveraging data and reporting to identify optimization opportunities and to inform decision-making. This role is an integral part of our growing Creative Division, and you will be instrumental in setting the team up to deliver top notch creative solutions for our clients.

Your Compensation and Benefits will look like…


  • $96,000-$125,000/annually. Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience

Here are some highlights of what you'll be doing...


  • Lead the development of Creative specific operations best practices, optimizing processes for efficiency, consistency, and integration.
  • Produce a portfolio of creative projects 
  • Meet with the Division Director to discuss future division goals and implement efficient processes and systems. Report on performance metrics and KPIs regularly.
  • Planning and day-to-day oversight of creative projects; proactively communicate account pacing, addressing client questions to ensure a positive experience 
  • Facilitate client interactions by setting up calls, sending agenda recaps, and keeping the Creative team informed.
  • Gather project requirements, client input, and knowledge of Creative services to write detailed estimates and SOWs, maintaining a balance between internal and external-facing tasks with 60-80% billable time. 
  • Manage timelines, hours, and project complexity across the division. Monitor bandwidth weekly and delegate workload effectively.
  • Document and monitor budget pacing, flagging accounts at risk of being over/under budget, and propose solutions with minimal support from TL/DIR.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Client Engagement, and Project Team Leads, to develop initial scopes and estimates for creative projects. This includes working closely with the Creative Division director and pulling in other creative team members, as needed. 
  • Work closely with Division Director to document BD wins/losses, revenue pacing, and forecasting
  • Oversee a diverse team of contractors, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery of high-quality work.

  • Extensive experience within a creative agency setting, managing complex projects and high-profile clients.
  • A proven track record of optimizing creative workflows, resourcing and ensuring high quality outputs 
  • Expert in project management and resource planning tools such as Monday, Trello, Wrike, etc. 
  • Familiar with creative and content design tools including ID, Figma, etc. 
  • Proficiency in developing and optimizing operations and processes for efficiency, consistency, and integration, leading to improved division performance.
  • Familiarity with clients across a wide range of verticals, including regulated content and creative environments, adapting to various industry requirements
  • Demonstrated alignment with company values, using them as a compass for decision-making and fostering a supportive company culture
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate a diverse team of contractors, fostering effective collaboration and maintaining high standards of output
  • Working with BD to close sales for creative work with enterprise-level and challenger brands

  • Successfully managed and delivered multiple client projects within budget and on time, receiving positive feedback from clients for exceptional service and quality.
