Job Title: Tenant Experience Intern
Job Type: 4-6 month paid internship
Reports To: Tenant Experience Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle and solving tenant issue through direct and indirect
- Conduct regular property audit, organizing properties ticket and consistently follow up with related team and proactively provide feedback & suggestion from audit result
- Handle tenant experience project task and build positive feedback from tenant
- Proactively look opportunities for community building, create and execute monthly event activity
- Operate property management system and read data as a working resources
- Work closely with other teams to deliver our service standard
- Act as the liaison between tenants and Cove
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Completed or pursuing a Bachelor Degree in any major (Hospitality/Tourism/Management is preferable)
- Max 2 years experience in property management and/or community management (preferably has working experience in the Hospitality industry and/or startup property management with customer facing role)
- Fresh graduates who are highly organized and have excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
