What you will do:
As Sales Operations Analyst you will contribute to Lighthouse’s success through providing world-class support to the sales function, through accurate and timely execution of all customer administration. We are looking for someone who is able to contribute, create and support sales strategies to capitalize on revenue opportunities within the organization. Someone that is highly skilled in Salesforce.com reporting and dashboard creation, the ability to make systematic and process changes to improve results and is able to data mine, track, compare and communicate reports.
In this role you will be reporting to our Sales Operations Manager within the Revenue Operations team.
Where you will have impact:
- Provide day-to-day support for sales process and report generation
- Heavy emphasis on report building, managing, and distributing
- Develop and maintain forecasting, activity, and quota attainment reports for Sales leaders
- Ongoing development and management of TAM reporting and communicating actionable recommendations
- Managing proposal and contract accuracy to enhance forecastingÂ
- Identify quick-wins and crucial enhancement requirements to the sales process
- Assist with the onboarding of any new Sales members to the Commercial Team (from Sales Operations perspective) - user set up & training around it
- Support the sales operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans
- Manage and ensure sales reps are adhering to mandatory Global sales processes
- Manage projects from A-Z and keep track of their progress, including post project training, documentation and change management
- Develop and implement training, contents, processes, practices and tools needed to support salespeople throughout the buyer’s journey.
- Liaise with Sales Enablement for the roll-out of new processes.
- Apply analysis to reporting to tell the story behind the numbers - see the big picture
- Support and advise reps on Salesforce quote flow, coordinating with finance departmentÂ
- Coordinate with various teams involved in closing big group deals
- Prioritise your work and set appropriate expectations with stakeholders

Who you are:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business operations/analytics
- Previous experience with CRM systems – Salesforce highly preferred and candidate will be at an advantage with prior Looker experience
- Very organised, able to start a project and complete it successfully.
- High analytical and able to extract business insights from analysis
- Great time management.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines
- Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with Lighthouse's values and culture
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Previous experience working in a high growth Tech/SaaS environment is a plus
