Grace and Lace Team:Content TeamRole Position:Brand StylistLocation:Austin (Cedar Park), TX Role Details:This is an on-site role from 8am - 4pm, Monday – Friday. Remote work will not be considered for this position.Grace and Lace, a leading women's fashion brand, is seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Stylist to join our design team. The primary focus of this role is to curate captivating fashion looks and ensure the cohesive presentation of our brand's image across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have administrative skills and possess a keen eye for visual detail, trend awareness, and the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visual stories.Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and execute local and remote photoshoots a few times per year (travel required) including budget, organization of records, and sample coordination
- Select clothing, accessories, and props to create visually appealing outfits and compositions that align with the brand's aesthetic.
- Facilitate model “go-sees”
- Coordinate with photographers and models to ensure the successful execution of styling concepts.
- Collaborate with the product team and own the shot list for photoshoots.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the wardrobe and styling inventory, including tracking and replenishing items as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop styling content for flat lays, social media posts, blog articles, and other digital platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Styling, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a brand stylist, with a strong portfolio showcasing styling work including flat lays and product photography.
- Knowledgeable of current fashion trends, styles, and industry influencers.
- Keen eye to adapt current trends to our customer.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in using styling tools and equipment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and consistency in styling execution.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion and a genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of the Grace and Lace brand.
