We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our dynamic Procurement team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution of all administrative tasks related to merchandise sourcing.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed order documents adhering to protocols,
- Persistently follow up with vendors on offers and negotiations,
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate restocking processes,
- Track invoices and contracts, collaborating with stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and communication skills in English (English CV is required),
- Knowledge of Google Sheets or similar,
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a strong process orientation are essential.

- Background in economics, administration and/or logistics,
- Superior organizational capabilities and the assertiveness to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels,
