Outside, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Independent Promotions Coordinator (I.P. Coordinator) to support Warren Miller’s Independently Promoted Film Tour.
Candidates should have sales and special event management experience, and an excellent customer service track record. Expectations include project coordination, sales of new business, revenue reporting, client facing engagement and customer service. Familiarity with the brand is not required, however an appreciation and passion for skiing, snowboarding, winter recreation and sports Outside represents is preferred.Minimum skills required include, working knowledge of Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Slack.
Familiarity with Adobe Suite is preferred.Essential skills encompass sales creation from initial lead generation to maintaining existing customer relationships, effective project coordination, meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, fostering creativity, adept interpersonal skills, proficient multitasking abilities, decisive decision making, all while thriving in a deadline-oriented environment.
Basic Responsibilities:
● Fulfillment and Delivery: Oversee the creation, fulfillment and delivery of film and marketing materials to partners, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. (physical shipments and digital deliveries; Sales: Prospect and identify new clients negotiate terms and agreements to close deals to meet budget goals.● Basic Website Maintenance: Add new shows to the website and calendar, keeping them up to date with the latest information and ensuring accurate show listings.●
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Liaise with multiple departments and fulfillment companies to ensure promoters have everything they need to run successful shows, coordinating logistics and providing necessary support.
● Payment Tracking and Revenue Targets:
Track payments and revenue targets, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions related to partner agreements.

Client Database Management:
Update and maintain client databases, create target lists of clients, and prospect new clients using SalesForce.

Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate contract pricing within SalesForce
●
Report Monitoring:
Monitor monthly remittance reports to ensure that all payments align with licensing agreements and are valid.

Custom Research and Reporting:
Conduct custom research and prepare reports, including recaps, sales estimates, competitive information, and other relevant market insights.

Membership Promotions:
Support Outside-initiated membership promotions with distribution to Independent Promoters and Licensees
●
Team Collaboration:
Execute directives from team, department, and divisional leads, contributing to the overall success of promotional
activities.●
Collections Support:
Assist the accounting department with collections, ensuring accurate financial records. Assist with year-end financial close
●
Customer Service and Future Planning:
Set up future success by providing exceptional customer service to partners, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
● The successful candidate must be highly motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and display strong organizational and interpersonal skills.● Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.● Customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to partners.● A confident and professional written and phone demeanor is a must● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Must be located near Boulder, Colorado for on-site work duties.
Colorado Jobs:
Employees can expect to be paid an hourly rate of: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for this role, and may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
