YPrime’s Human Resources team is searching for a Human Resources Coordinator.
The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting and facilitating various HR functions including Talent Acquisition, People Operations & Enablement, and Total Rewards. This position will contribute to HR projects and initiatives, analyze and report HR data, and optimize HR operations that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

- 1-3 years in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a closely related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address employee inquiries and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborative and able to work well within a team.
Here are some more details about the job:
- Assist in driving a range of Human Resources processes and activity, such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Total Rewards.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and appropriate responses or escalating issues as necessary.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and/or presentations summarizing data analysis and findings.
- Conduct exit interviews with employees. Summarize and maintain documentation, analyze trends, and provide results and observations to HR Business Partners and leadership teams as needed.
- Assist in the recruitment process by opening and managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and partnering with recruiters throughout the role lifecycle.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and assist in the coordination of onboarding new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Support the implementation of training and development programs that align with business needs.
- Support in the execution of key programs such as the annual performance review process, goal setting, and employee engagement survey.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Aid in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of electronic HR files.
- Assist in the administration of YPrime’s HRIS system, including data entry, updates, and generating reports as needed.
- Regularly audit and ensure accuracy of employee files.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field, or an equivalent amount of related professional experience
- Experience working with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System – or a closely related tool
- Experience working with UKG or a similar HRIS system
