Reporting to the Associate Director of Demand Generation, this is a high-impact / visibility role with an opportunity to drive measurable impact against our growth goals. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, partner with sales, content, mar ops, rev ops, and other teams to test campaign ideas and scale those that prove to be a success. You’ll have a curiosity and passion for numbers, have experience working with various sales teams (SDR / BDR teams, AEs) and be obsessive with the measurement of your inbound and outbound programs and how those perform once handed over to sales. You’ll own pipeline for new sales at Lillio which means you have experience and are comfortable with driving and building campaign plans, collaborating with other internal teams on ideas to execute on your plans. You’re familiar with SaaS metrics (LTV:CAC, CAC payback, MQL and the conversion metrics that go along with an inbound-heavy funnel) and aren’t afraid to challenge the numbers, ask questions, and test ideas based on the numbers. We love bringing big ideas to life in a way that is meaningful to customers and the ECE community more broadly.

How You'll Make an Impact:


  • Own marketing campaign planning and execution to drive new sales pipeline for early childcare centers across North America
  • Work with Sales to create strategic ABM programs, and own the planning / execution for this program from the ground up
  • Analyze the demand gen funnel find new opportunities to improve conversion metrics along the way
  • Partner closely with the marketing, rev ops, and sales teams to monitor metrics, gather feedback, achieve results, and adjust programs as needed 
  • With Mar Ops and Rev Ops own the data integrity of new sales pipeline; identify issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them
  • Be the voice of all campaigns run at Lillio, share results and reporting, own our demand gen metrics for campaigns and third party advertising, and be comfortable sharing wins and learnings with the broader organization 
  • With content marketing work to identify campaign ideas and opportunities to drive awareness and pipeline for Lillio in the early childcare field 
  • Own the marketing nurture strategy for our prospect database; analyze our marketable database and derive insights to improve targeting, segmentation, conversion rates across the prospect buyer journey. Proactively identify areas of opportunity to leverage marketing automation to increase marketing efficiency and impact, as well as the overall new buyer experience

What You Bring to the Table:


  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, demand generation focused marketing organization
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience measuring data-driven marketing programs
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines 
  • Strong communication, presentation, project management, and writing skills
  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
  • Experience and comfort in Salesforce (including report and dashboard building) and Marketo

Nice to Haves:


  • Experience with marketing attribution software (i.e. Bizible)
  • Experience with intent platforms such as 6sense
  • Experience in Early Education
