About The Position
Contrast Professional Services is on a mission to make modern software applications secure. We work closely with Security and Development teams worldwide, applying our expertise with the Contrast Application Security Platform to secure the complete software development life cycle.The Professional Services Manager leads a regional team of Solution Architects who are passionate about their work and are driven to make our customers wildly successful. The ideal candidate thrives in a start-up culture, has previously led a team of technical experts for an innovative security solution, and demonstrates an incisive understanding of how Professional Services can drive adoption and success for SaaS and on-prem software solutions.
Responsibilities
During the first month, you’ll learn about the Contrast platform and how our technology enables software development teams to secure their code better and faster. You’ll learn how Professional Services works within the broader Customer Success organization to drive value realization for our customers.Within three months, you’ll be fully engaged with Contrast customers, from Fortune 100 companies to technology leaders and ISVs, managing the team responsible for the successful rollout and adoption of the Contrast solutions.
You’ll be responsible for service revenue growth, service delivery outcomes, and high levels of customer satisfaction.To succeed, you’ll need to effectively communicate the value of professional services, think in terms of both high-level strategy and detailed execution plans, and champion continuous improvement for yourself and the team.
Qualifications

- You have:
- 5+ years of experience leading Professional Services teams of 5-10 people or more
- Demonstrated success in project oversight for multiple concurrent projects, including resource allocation, status tracking, escalations, crisis management, and delivered outcomes
- Proven ability to make enterprise customers happy and successful
- Knowledge of application security testing domain and workflows
- Experience building managed services offering is plus
- Any security certification CSSLP, CISSP, and similar are plus
- Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills
- Successful history of effectively recruiting and developing talent
- Can travel 33% to customer sites
- Bachelor’s degree or higher: preference for computer science and mathematics degrees

What We Offer
Salary and Other CompensationThis position's standard base pay range is $167,000 - $195,000 annually. This position is also eligible for a VCP and equity package subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
