Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screenings, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback mechanisms
- Support development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees.

Help organize employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks and duties.
- Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
Experience:
Must Have:
- BA/BS Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years in a People & Culture or HR role.
- Experience with HR software and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of HR best practices and legal guidelines.
- Prior experience in a tech-driven or dynamic work environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
