Assistant Manager GL
Experience : 10 – 15 Years
- Ensure Team handling experience with minimum team size of 8 -15 Members
- Excellent administrative and analytical skills required to examine and compile all the financial reports.
- Ability to work with team under pressurized situation and deliverable on time without compromising accuracy.
- Managing the risk involved in financial activities and statutory and regulatory activities.
- Reviewing and supervising the month end activities with team members and ME close on time.
- Managing and monitoring the metrics, KPI tracking, and controls related to finance department.
- Ability to handle all the debt finance management.
- Ability to take up controllership role in all entities.
- Reporting automation and innovation, Continuous improvements, simplification and optimization, Efficiency and Cost Savings improvement contribute towards Value creation.
Skill set Required:
- Must possess Proficient written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
- Strong Core /Construction industries process knowledge to co-ordinate with other dept and team members.
- Team handling experience to supporting and upskill the team members.
- Strong desktop /Spread sheet /data management skill
- Experience in SAP process knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems.
