The Information Technology (IT) Risk Manager I provides support for Technology Risk functions and Technology Program Initiatives.  The IT Risk Manager I must understand and have a strong knowledge of technology and information security frameworks; regulatory and compliance requirements. The IT Risk Manager I must have experience in project management and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.    The IT Risk Manager I must have experience in performing analysis of a technical environments and third party service providers for risk factors and identifying controls to mitigate risk.  The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of multi-tasking and managing priorities to meet deliverable timelines in a fast-paced environment.The IT Risk Manager I will work directly with Technology colleagues as well as business stakeholders and contribute to the organizations shared objectives.  Internal and External Stakeholder satisfaction will be a component of measuring performance.

·Manage technology program initiatives from start to finish, to include documentation, project plans, meetings, reporting, metrics, etc.·Perform internal technology validation and testing of controls to ensure compliance with security framework and that internal IT controls are designed and operating effectively.  Evaluate and assess risk impacts and vulnerabilities, and define remediation plans as well as document control requirements. ·Perform third party technology assessments, to include validation and testing of controls to ensure compliance with Marlette Technologies information security standards.   Document assessment, write reports, communicate to key stakeholders.·Support the technology issue and incident management program to ensure timely updates and remediation.·Support the Technology Risk program for the review and update to Information Security and Technology security policies, standards, and procedures of technology applications, networks, operating systems, and other components of the technology infrastructure·Responsible for developing information security and technology control documentation including narratives, processes, and data flows.

·Bachelor's degree or equivalent·Three or more years of experience in information security and technology controls; IT risk management; IT security; or other IT compliance related work·Strong knowledge and skills in project management for the management and oversight of technology initiatives. ·Strong understanding of relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards (e.g., NIST, SOC, and PCI DSS), best practices and methodologies. Ability to apply requirements to organizational internal control frameworks, technology initiatives, and risk management.·Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.·Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.·Excellent skills in Microsoft tools, to include Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·Comfortable interacting and engaging with colleagues from all levels of management across all business units.·Highly motivated, well organized, capable of developing and executing a project plan, and able to communicate status effectively.·Ability to take initiative and deliver results with minimal supervision and guidance.·Ability to lead team members as well as take direction from various teams within Technology.

·Ability to succeed within a cross-functional team emphasizing Collective Ownership in a fast-paced environment·Be confident and willing to challenge status quo but also willing to concede and execute other’s ideas when necessary·Ability to operate effectively as an independent contributor and as a team member$90,000 - $120,000 a yearThis position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.  Yearly incentive bonus target 20% of base salary.
