Responsibilities:
- Conducting research, data analysis, and generating reports for program evaluations and performance reviews
- Assisting in the development and implementation of program management plans, policies, and procedures
- Monitoring and tracking program budgets, expenditures, and performance metrics
- Identifying and addressing program risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings, workshops, and presentations for program stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in program analysis or related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management tools and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
