Full-timeDescriptionWe are seeking a Regional Clinical Director to oversee and manage our substance abuse facility in New Jersey. The Regional Clinical Director will be responsible for the clinical and administrative aspects of the program, including managing a team of clinicians, developing and implementing treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and promoting a positive and supportive environment for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of clinicians, including psychologists, social workers, and addiction counselors.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for clients based on individual needs and evidence-based practices.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA, CARF, and OSHA standards.
- Monitor program outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve client outcomes and program effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to develop and manage program budgets and billing processes.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed for clients and staff.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Current state licensure: LCSW or LPC with CCS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in substance abuse treatment, including experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse treatment, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of clinicians and administrative staff.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and billing systems.
Salary Description$100,000 - $120,000 yearly
