The Account Executive will be pivotal in driving new business by engaging with potential leads and building relationships with prospective customers. This role is essential for our company's growth and requires a reliable, self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and succeed.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

The Individual:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in SaaS or technology-related industries
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Suite, and other sales tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of consultative sales experience
