 We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to enhance our demand generation team. The Senior Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Demand Generation and has demonstrable hands-on experience with multi-channel demand generation in a B2B environment, including campaign strategy and execution, website strategy and optimization, digital marketing, martech utilization, content marketing programs, and analytics and reporting.

  • You like to roll up your sleeves and get “under the hood” to solve issues or learn what is driving certain prospect/customer behaviors.
  • You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, SDRs, Content Marketing, and Product Marketing to gain better insights so we can drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategize and implement successful campaigns to achieve lead generation and pipeline targets through various growth marketing tactics and channels including the website, paid media, email, industry syndication programs, co-marketing campaigns, live events, and more.
  • Develop and execute strategies for increasing website audience growth, website promotional programs, A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO), and enhancing on-page UX experiences.
  • Work with the Director of Demand Generation on paid media strategy and execution, designed to increase web traffic/engagement and net new qualified leads.
  • Analyze and report on comprehensive campaign performance and identify insights for  growth and efficiencies.
  • Own the website analytics function, reporting and providing insights on prospect acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Devise and execute campaign test strategies including A/B and multivariate tests for segments, creative, call to action, subject line, and more.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improved segmentation and targeted marketing, especially using Martech tools.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars, trade shows, and event presence.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Travel required: Minimal (on-site planning meetings or possible trade shows)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related program.       
  • 5 or more years of demonstrable experience designing and executing successful B2B multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be comfortable presenting cogent ideas, performance metrics, and recommendations to all levels of the organization.
  • Strong experience with various Martech and CRM tools, including HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Proficient understanding of website analytics tools, such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Crazy Egg.
  • Clear understanding of email marketing best practices, including content, deliverability, segmentation, and GDPR/privacy concerns.
  • Experience developing successful paid media programs, including Google Ads acquisition and retargeting, and LinkedIn Paid Social prospecting campaigns.
  • Highly organized, project management focused, determined, and self-motivated to work in a remote workforce environment.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools for campaign optimization and analytics
  • Aptitude for learning about new markets, customers, and technology.
  • B2B SaaS or technology experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
  • Strong bias for action and results-driven with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Creative and independent, but also thrive in a strong team-based culture.

Additional Information: · This is a remote opportunity that can be done from anywhere in the continental United States · Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship are not available for this position.US Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability & 401k match of up to 3%. US Compensation Range: A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $80,000 - $115,000 per year.
