Job Description:
Dynamo Technologies, LLC has an immediate opening for a Junior Management Analyst to provide mission essential and administrative support to management-level, experienced program support specialists. Junior Management Analysts play a crucial role in providing mission-critical support to management-level personnel and administrative support to experienced program support specialists. They handle a variety of duties including documentation planning and support, project administration, program management support, event planning and administration, note-taking, office relocation and configuration planning, mail services, records management, data input, and other office administration functions.
Duties/ Responsibilities
Duties for the Junior Management Analyst may include but are not limited to:
- Assist in documentation planning and support for various projects and programs.
- Provide administrative support for project and program management tasks.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, including logistical arrangements and administrative support.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and compile relevant information for reporting purposes.
- Assist in office relocation and configuration planning as needed.
- Manage mail services and ensure timely distribution of correspondence.
- Maintain records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support data input and verification processes to ensure data integrity.
- Perform other office administration functions as required.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance.
- Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with Government and contractor personnel
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work well with different levels of authority, backgrounds, personality, and experience.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent critical thinking, organizational, problem solving, oral and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
- Proven track record of timely, accurate and complete work, independently managing multiple tasks with changing timelines and deliverables.
Nice to Have Skills
Education and Experience:
- Associates required, Bachelor of Arts or Science preferred.
Clearance Requirement:
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust.
Location:
DHS and ICE facilities in the National Capital Region (NCR).
