As a Talent Sourcer at Aretum, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts by identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for various positions within our organization.ARETUM LLC (ARETUM) is known for providing cutting-edge solutions and outstanding service to Federal clients in various sectors, including Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, PMO Support, and Financial Consulting.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and create comprehensive sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods and tools to identify and engage potential candidates, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
- Review resumes and qualifications to assess candidates' fit for specific roles.
- Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Recommend and implement improvements to sourcing and recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter, preferably in the government contracting industry.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively source and engage passive candidates using various sourcing methods and tools.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential candidates.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Experience in the government contracting industry or familiarity with the Federal hiring process.
