Position Title: Executive AdministratorCompany: ACT1 FederalLocation: Arlington, VAAbout ACT1: Delivering mission-critical solutions and industry-leading talent to advance the missions of the partners, organizations, and communities we serve.Job Description: As an Executive Administrator supporting DHS’ Cybersecurity and Information Systems Audit (CISA), you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and play a role in ensuring the smooth operations of CISA.
**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Provide internal guidance and coordination regarding administrative functions, management controls, metrics collection, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and general administrative compliance.
- Provide subject matter expertise in office administration, records management, knowledge management, task allotment and tracking, quality control and assurance.
- Coordinate and prepare travel arrangements, authorization, and vouchers on behalf of Government staff through the CISA travel system.
- Experience writing and editing memos, developing spreadsheets, files, and copy documents.
- Experience coordinating and scheduling internal and external meetings, organizing, and maintaining calendars (to include priority management of request) for CSD staff.
- Coordinate media appearances/interviews and congressional meetings/briefings in accordance with DHS and CISA policies and procedures.
- Provide logistics support for on-site events such as coordinating teleconferences, video teleconferences, meeting registration, and room reservations.
Requirements
- Over 10+ years of experience as an Executive Administrator, Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in similar role supporting government senior executives .
- Active TS/SCI Clearance and ability to obtain DHS Suitability is required.
- Recent and similar DHS experience is preferred.
- Extensive experience with conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions (preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings).
- Experience providing internal guidance and coordination regarding administrative functions, management controls, metrics collection, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and general administrative compliance.
- Subject Matter Expert in office administration, records management, knowledge management, task allotment and tracking.
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements, authorizations, and vouchers on behalf of Government Staff is required.
- Experience coordinating media appearances/interviews and congressional meetings/briefings.
- Experience providing logistical support for on-site events, teleconferences, video conferences, room reservations.
