The overall objective of this role is to help the team deliver reliable, scalable solutions that enhance our financial software products and support business operations.This role involves working closely with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and product owners, to identify and address business challenges and opportunities.Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Develop and maintain documentation for business requirements, functional specifications, and process flow
- Work with development teams to design, test, and implement solutions
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support business decisions
- Participate in project planning and management activities
- Create and edit documentation
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented
Bonus:
- Experience in the financial services or Fintech industry
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
