We aim for a positive, collaborative environment that allows employees to work across departments easily and effectively. We are in search of an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Support Specialist to support project management activities related to our Higher Power Speaker Audio installations. This role involves working closely with project managers and team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

The Project Support Specialist  is a key player in facilitating communication and ensuring the smooth operation of project activities. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in project management.

A Day in the Life:


  • Organize and track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors. Assist in organizing meetings and preparing presentations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports. Ensure all documents are up-to-date and accessible to team members.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing project-related correspondence.

Required Skills:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Occasional travel to project sites

Desired Skills:


  • Internship experience in project coordination or similar role
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of electric circuits and equipment.
  • Familiarity with field deployment and installation.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
