About the job
- Develop and implement targeted sales plans & negotiate pricing and proposals
- Identify and develop potential customers and partners
- Deliver product demos and presentations
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Track and close sales opportunities
- Follow market trends
- Conduct competitive analysis and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Monitor and report sales performance
- Able to support sales processes in the field when necessary
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience in tourism and/or hospitality sectors
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, team player
- Ability to participate in local and international fairs, events, and field visits
- Advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Confident in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets
- Living in Izmir
