What You will do:
- Identify business needs and challenges through detailed analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Document and map business processes to inform system requirements and project scope.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate these effectively to development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, deliver presentations, and outline project deliverables.
- Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies for new projects.
- Support project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects by working closely with various stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems and processes.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of business operations and industry trends.
Experience:
Must Have:
- BA Degree with Minimum of five (5) years of related experience;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands on experience with JIRA
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modelling, data analysis, and requirement elicitation.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, meeting deadlines effectively.
Nice to Have:
Jira, Trello, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, BPM tools, and any Process Modelling tools.
