Reporting directly to our Manager of IT, you will help design, organize, and modify our cloud-based, service-oriented IT infrastructure and the processes that support it. The position is Hybrid based in Waltham, MA.
You will…
- Collaborate with other departments to design and implement tools and solutions to meet business needs
- Automate tasks to improve IT support efficiency and scale.
- Take on areas of technical ownership within the department with an opportunity to build best in class processes and services around IT onboarding, offboarding, and related disciplines
- Document, generate, and maintain IT support documentation to further build self-service efficiency
- Work with current tech stack including Google Workspace, Atlassian/Jira, Zoom, Slack, O365, and other SAAS-based applications
- Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management solutions using Okta focusing on SSO, SAML, and SCIM protocols
You have…
- 3+ years of general IT experience in a cloud first environment
- Have solid background primarily in MacOS troubleshooting along with experience in Windows
- Preferred experience with Jamf, Mosyle, or other MDMs
- Experience in automating IT related tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Experience planning IT infrastructure changes and roll-outs in a way that anticipates the varied needs across all areas of an organization
- Knowledge in the integration of applications and authentication including Oauth, SAML, and single sign on methodologies
- Documented experience automating routine tasks using Okta workflows and other automation tools
- Ability to work and thrive independently in a fast paced environment
- Have experience working in high-growth companies with rapidly shifting IT and business needs
- Experience developing infrastructure in cloud environments
- Proficient in Python scripting a plus
