Position Title: Program ManagerCompany: ACT1 FederalLocation: Arlington, VAAbout ACT1: Delivering mission-critical solutions and industry-leading talent to advance the missions of the partners, organizations, and communities we serve.Job Description: As the Program Manager supporting DHS’ Cybersecurity and Information Systems Audit (CISA), you will lead and manage programs supporting CISA ensuring the successful delivery of technology-driven solutions that meet the government’s needs.
**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the program, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Design and maintain the project plan, alignment of resources, management to deliverable deadlines, and contract management to maintain cost control, schedule, and quality of all services and products.
- Translate complex concepts and solutions into deliverables ranging from standard operating procedures, project management plans, and other guidance documents to PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, newsletters, emails, job-aids, checklists, and other communication materials.
- Conduct detailed analysis, evaluation, and provide recommendations for improvements, optimizations, development, and maintenance efforts related to client-specific or mission-critical challenges and issues.
- Maintain records and documentation pertaining to program activities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients to define needs and problems, supervise studies, and lead surveys to collect and analyze data, offering strategic advice and recommending solutions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Contractor, Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and other stakeholders.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Power BI to analyze data and create visualizations to inform leadership decision making.
Requirements
- Over 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager, leading similar large complex programs, consulting with DHS senior level executives, managing and supervising staff, leading multi-disciplinary teams on performance-based programs to ensure objects are met is required.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance and ability to maintain or obtain DHS Suitability is required.
- Recent and similar DHS experience is preferred.
- PMP or PMI certification is required.
- Experience is data analysis and providing strategic and technical guidance.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communications skills are a must.
