About the role:
As a Marketing Manager for Accompany Health you will be:- A mission-critical, early part of our growing product team (and company)- Working with talented product, design, engineering, data science, growth and contracting, and operations teams that come from a variety of backgrounds- Marketing products and services that help improve healthcare access and delivery for populations with high healthcare needs
Responsibilities will include:
- Conduct data-driven market research to understand which positioning and messaging resonates best with our patients and caregivers in different geographies. Partner closely with the design, outreach, and product team to develop distinct patient personas and their journeys through our services.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to understand trends, develop and test hypotheses, and use them to inform a broader marketing strategies
- Engage Patients:
- Oversee development of creative and unique marketing content that drives patient and caregiver engagement. We strive for a caring, trustworthy, and easy experience. Directly create and also supervise and manage contracted content creators to make engaging content including explainer videos, articles/blog posts, social media creative, etc.
- Design and execute marketing strategies across channels like social media, email, SMS, mailers that engage patients and deliver on trusting, caring, easy. You will also develop and run campaigns to drive growth of new patients who want to try Accompany Health.
- Work with the product team to manage changes to website (hosting of patient content)
- Work with product managers and patient support to gather patient feedback (i.e., SMS campaigns to collect NPS and other survey feedback). Analyze quantitative and qualitative patient experience data. Evaluate and manage vendors who implement patient experience surveys.
- Engage Health Plan Partners: Design creative and unique marketing content for existing and potential new health plan partners, including monthly newsletters, annual reports, white papers, and other content.
- Grow Brand Awareness: Design and execute marketing strategies that grow brand awareness in existing and new geographies where Accompany Health delivers services. Manage and monitor the social media handles for Accompany Health.
- Lay the foundation for a high performing marketing function:
- Create marketing roadmaps and plans that detail outcomes and goals and performance measurement, and detailed, comprehensive cost/resourcing estimates
- Develop strategy, budget, and creative for digital ad campaigns. Launch and manage campaigns end to end, including budget.
- Manage and update Accompany Health website and oversee design roadmap, leveraging expertise on SEO. Partner with product, design, and engineering resources to execute on change.

- Partner with internal product and design resources and external contractors to drive successful execution defined by outcomes and key results.

Desired skills and experience:
- Required
- 3-5 years experience in marketing position
- Extremely clear communicator – verbally & in writing
- Experience acting as a marketing generalist, and willingness to be hands-on for the foreseeable future
- Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of digital and channel marketing functions
- Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics platforms, like Meta Ad Manager, Google Analytics, SendGrid, and Wordpress.
- Experience providing creative direction to visual designers to help turn written content or campaign ideas into compelling visual narratives
- Preferred
- Marketing experience in context of healthcare delivery
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of SEO tools and tactics
- Experience working with the design team to identify and improve brand & marketing guidelines that align with the brand’s identity.
- Experience writing compelling copy and content.
