Springboard Automation is the leading provider of luxury home technology to families in the Greater Philadelphia Area. We are growing, expanding to new cities, and on the hunt for our next residential A/V installer.
As a Residential A/V Installer, you will be an integral part of our team, delivering exceptional service and expertise to our high-end clientele. This role requires a passionate individual who embodies our core values and is eager to take on challenges with a positive attitude.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience in AV system installation, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Lutron, Savant, Sonos, Wifi networks a plus
- Excited to travel to and work in diverse and interesting job sites nationwide
- Excellent communication and a strong desire to delight our clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 75 pounds, climb a 12-foot ladder, and perform manual work
- Available to work 1 weekend per month
- Drivers license is required
Day-to-Day Duties & Responsibilities:
- Install and configure audio-visual and home automation systems
- Perform in-home service visits to troubleshoot and repair AV systems
- Educate clients on the operation and maintenance of their systems
- Conduct site assessments for project management
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
