The company is headquartered in London, with offices in Philadelphia, The Hague, Toronto, and Sydney.We are looking for a qualified Senior FP&A Analyst who can start latest by the

1st of August.


Key Responsibilities


Budgets and forecasts

  • Responsible for departmental reporting packs and analysis against budget, forecast and prior period results
  • Assisting in the annual/quarterly budgeting and forecasting process
  • Provide a range of senior leadership and other stakeholders with appropriate analysis, support, and insight to meet various needs of budget holders
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships around the business, and provide an overview on the drivers/variances to budget and communicate to non-financial stakeholders

Monthly KPIs & Data analysis

  • Responsible for providing accurate analysis of financial information to assist with key decision making
  • Production of month end management reporting packs, including relevant commentary for presentation to ensure delivery by agreed deadlines
  • Supporting analysis and reporting on revenue and key SaaS metrics such as ARR across all regions and channels of revenue
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining financial models

Other

  • Support ad hoc financial reporting and analysis from internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with other Business Operation teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data across platforms
  • Contribute and drive various projects, such as automation and improvement of current processes and reports
  • Work closely with the procurement group to help drive efficiencies through cost management and value for money analysis, ensuring requests are within budget allocations
  • Deal desk, actively contribute to deals to ensure contracts comply with company policy and providing support to sales teams where appropriate

Requirements


Desirable qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Qualified accountant with post qualification experience
  • Understanding of the SaaS industry, including revenue recognition, ARR models and cost models
  • Expert critical thinking skills and understanding of budgeting, planning and projection processes
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling experience
  • Proven ability to communicate financial concepts to a non-financial audience
  • Commercially minded and has the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to meet and manage deadlines effectively and autonomously
  • Experience with NetSuite and Anaplan or similar solutions preferred

  • Accounting – NetSuite Oracle
  • FP&A - Anaplan
  • CRM – Salesforce
  • Professional Services Automation (PSA) – Certinia (Financial Force)
  • Other - Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Rydoo
