UpEquity is a venture-backed real estate lending start-up that offers innovative financial technology products. Our flagship Trade Up product enables consumers to buy their next home without a sale contingency before they’ve sold their current home. The company recently closed on a Series C equity funding round and is looking for a high-potential Finance Analyst to help the company scale. About the RoleAs a Finance Analyst you will have exposure to the company’s most critical workstreams, and you will be responsible for delivering on a variety of high impact tasks, including:
- Managing various Finance and Accounting workstreams, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, supporting debt and equity fundraising, and driving other high priority financial analyses on an as needed basis.
- Work cross-functionally to develop actionable management and Board level reporting, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive business performance relative to the Financial Plan.
- Work closely with the executive team to research, plan, and execute on special projects, such as new product or market expansion initiatives.
Preferred QualificationsWe are looking for a high-impact, high-agency professional who is looking to join a high growth team to win in the marketplace and take their career to the next level.
- 2-5 years of professional experience, preferably in private equity, investment banking, consulting or corporate finance at high growth companies.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results independently. You are resourceful enough to go figure things out and solve problems.
