Job Description
As an Editorial Analyst, you will shape electronic products during editing and implementation, shifting between various stages of the process throughout the day. You may also participate in projects and committees of interest to aid in efficiency and understanding.· Proofreader: Read a variety of electronic products, relying on house style, established procedures and grammatical intuition to prompt needed and appropriate change.· Job Coordinator: Apply standards and edits to electronic products, communicating with authors about proposed change.
Balance personal, product and team timeframes when assigning work.· Quality Focused: Verify or proofread with an attention to detail to ensure accuracy and internal consistency. Demonstrate initiative and commitment to identify and correct problems that arise.· Prioritization: Understand priorities and modify plans to address changing needs. Monitor and communicate workload to ensure customer timeframes are successfully met.

Qualifications
· English-proficient· College degree or equivalent experience required.· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.· Ability to work independently with proper direction and minimal supervision.· Ability to coordinate projects and engage meaningfully across departments.· Analytical and decision-making skills required.· Excellent communication, fact-checking and trouble-shooting skills.· Successful completion of comprehensive training for each segment of the role.· Two years or more of editing and proofreading experience needed.#LI-MV1
