Job Summary
Hive Group is a rapidly growing small business providing management consulting and staffing support to government and commercial clients. We are seeking an entry-level Operations Coordinator to assist with a variety of corporate functions. This role will support projects in Marketing & Communications, Business Development, and Human Resources. This position has an expectation of a hybrid work schedule.Position Responsibilities
- Support marketing & communications with the creation of marketing collateral, social media posts, copy editing, internal newsletters, and event coordination as applicable
- Support Business Development efforts in efforts related to account based marketing and opportunity pipelining
- Support Human Resources efforts in training materials and programs and internal communications
- Assist with other back office functions such as contract administration, finances, office management, and security.
- Support corporate initiatives such as; assistance with administering the Industry Partner Council, organizing and promoting corporate events, curating content for intranet and employee education
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required
- Related intern experience preferred
- High attention to detail and ability to flex between disciplines
- Experience with Google Suite preferred
