Full-timeDescriptionAs the Sr. Manager/Associate Director of Talent Management & Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that attract, develop, retain, and optimize talent for Granules North America (Granules USA, Granules Consumer Health, and Granules Pharmaceuticals, Inc.). You will oversee all aspects of talent management, including talent strategy, organizational development, learning and development, leadership coaching, performance management, succession planning, goal setting/KPIs, employee engagement & retention, while developing HR policies and strengthening HR systems. You should ideally be a HR / People Process Specialist with hands on experience and understanding of people analytics, with the ability to draw data insights.
You will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to deliver across all elements and aspects of the people strategy.If you are a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR and a passion for developing people, this role is for you!
Main Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Talent Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber candidates who align with the company’s values and goals.
- Oversee succession planning to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions.
Learning and Development:
- Design and deliver innovative learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
- Lead the creation of a learning culture by promoting continuous development and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage a robust performance management system that drives employee engagement and high performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews, setting objectives, and developing performance improvement plans.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address gaps.
Goal Setting and KPI Initiatives:
- Drive the development and implementation of goal-setting frameworks and KPI initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to set meaningful and achievable goals aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to track progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on goal attainment and performance metrics.
Leadership Development:
- Design and implement leadership development programs to cultivate strong leadership skills at all levels of the organization.
- Identify and mentor high-potential employees to prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Facilitate leadership training sessions and workshops.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Partner with senior leadership to align talent management strategies with the overall business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent management, learning and development, and performance management
Requirements
Minimum Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of related experience in Human Resources, or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of related experience in Human Resources including talent management & strategy, learning and development, leadership coaching, employee engagement & retention, performance management.Experience preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries are desirable.
