Advantage Design Group seeks a Client Success Support Specialist Intern who loves working with people and technology and developing their craft! Our ideal candidate also has strong customer service skills, experience with technology, and a natural inclination towards strong support and training skills! We've opened this position because we want to ensure that we provide the customers that subscribe to our software with exceptional care. Our primary mode of support for customers is via telephone, email, and video meetings.
In addition, you will primarily be responsible for supporting the Support Specialist. Job Responsibilities will include:
- Communicate with clients, fellow employees, or vendors to resolve issues
- Document all troubleshooting history with customers
- Consult with staff and management to establish requirements for modifications
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures throughout all assignments
- Help test existing platforms and sites
- Provide technical support on customer-submitted tickets as assigned.
- Preparedness to perform other duties as needed

Requirements:
- High level of computer literacy and some understanding of web technology.
- A solid comfort level with new technology platforms and the ability to converse with clients
- Website CMS experience a plus.
- Some project participation experience
- The ability to meet deadlines
- Tremendous attention to detail

- Familiarity with SSL renewals
- basic web standards (particularly HTML/CSS)
