Job Description


PWA seeks a passionate and results-oriented Digital Manager to join our vibrant Accra hub. You'll collaborate closely with the Digital Strategist to develop and implement winning digital strategies for our clients across 25 diverse markets at various stages of digital maturity.

Responsibilities


• Partner with the Digital Strategist and/or Head of Digital to develop and execute comprehensive digital-first integrated strategies, aligned with Publicis' global frameworks and tailored to regional needs and client objectives. • Lead the day-to-day management of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and scope. • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks on campaigns/projects, fostering collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes. • Stay at the forefront of digital trends and technologies in Africa and globally, identifying innovative solutions to address regional and local challenges and opportunities. • Become a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on the digital landscape to help them achieve their business goals. • Manage and contribute to the execution of digital campaigns across various channels, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and data analytics. • Foster seamless collaboration across the agency, ensuring digital efforts integrate seamlessly with other marketing channels. • Work closely with platform players like Google, Meta, and others, leveraging their expertise and resources to drive innovation and leadership. • Deliver measurable results and exceed client expectations by demonstrating ROI and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs). • Analyze campaign performance data and develop actionable insights to optimize strategy and tactics. • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the digital team.

Qualifications


Qualifications


• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of success in strategy development and campaign execution. • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and data analytics. • Experience managing and motivating a team is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients, colleagues, and team members. • Fluency in English is a must.

Regional languages (French or Portuguese) a plus.
