Information Technology Strategies, INC. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to work for our company.

Summary:


  • Must be able to pass DHS Background check (Basic eligibility requirements include U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
  • Client Agency is U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
  • Will support design, development, test, and delivery of digital operations, to encompass analytics and digital capabilities and automated reporting and dashboard products. Will support enhancements and improvements to security and integrity of critical health and operational data. Will develop OCMO documentation for programs and systems configuration management and technical transfers. Will participate in Requirement Management Working Group (RMWG) and Systems Engineering Integrated Planning Team (SEIPT) meetings and document meeting minutes and track action plans. Will participate in agile and SECDEVOPS sprint planning, demos, and applicable technical meetings and document meeting minutes. Will review and test OCMO applications on continuous basis looking for areas of improvements, to encompass development and operational test validation of features and functionality for releases. Will provide ongoing operations and maintenance support for tools, applications, and models as needed. Will document findings and report to proper program lead. Will draft, review, and revise SELC documentation and relevant Standard Operating Procedures for OCMO Applications. Will assist in Tier 2 OCMO Application Support Desk duties as needed.

Requirements:


  • Must be able to pass DHS Background check (Basic eligibility requirements include U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
  • Must have a B.A. or B.S. degree.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience and proficiency of work in similar health and chief medical office environment, and/or in emergency medical records and response systems to include work in related Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) operations.
