If so, we're looking for you to join our team as a Sales Administrative Assistant! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our success. You'll provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring smooth sales operations and seamless interdepartmental collaboration.
Here's where you'll shine:
- Become an expert in our Sales Team Software (CRM, Commissions, DocuSign) to ensure efficient data management.
- Support the sales team in planning and executing successful events and meetings.
- Maintain accurate pricing and lease rates to keep deals moving smoothly.
- Draft new order documentation that ensures a smooth and positive client experience
- Prepare special order documentation for seamless fulfillment.
- Set new sales reps up for success by guiding them through the new order process during onboarding
- Be a proactive problem-solver, taking on additional challenges as they arise.
Requirements
Job Overview and Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales administrative support role, preferably in a technology or office or fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or E-Automate a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with internal teams and current/prospective clients.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and adaptable approach.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite.
- Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
