This individual must possess a deep understanding of the marketplace and a strong commitment to advancing Arctiq to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in the technology sector and a keen insight into emerging technological trends. The CTO will be driven, ambitious, and possess natural business acumen, ensuring they can effectively lead and innovate within the company.Responsibilities:

  • Inspire the company's strategic direction, development and future growth. Confer with leadership team and staff members to discuss issues, synchronize activities, and resolve challenges.
  • Proactively anticipate and respond to significant shifts in technology, safeguarding Arctiq’s position as a leader in the competitive landscape.
  • Stay abreast of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging innovations, integrating cutting-edge methodologies into the company's operations.
  • Uphold technology standards and best practices throughout the organization, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Strategically manage and finalize complex deals, leveraging technical acumen and forward-thinking vision to secure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment of internal technological processes and customer-facing services with industry standards, and regulatory requirements to deliver exceptional experiences and maintain trust with our stakeholders.
  • Oversee large-scale technology projects and manage them effectively from inception to completion.
  • Oversee research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of related business and IT experience with extensive experience managing multiple cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Previous experience managing in a technology related company.
  • Strong background in business processes, technologies and systems that support best-in-class operations including high volume and high availability environments.
  • Proven success building, mentoring and fully developing a successful team.
  • Ability to balance short term tactical decisions with long term strategic thinking.
  • Capable of working under stringent timelines, and ability to lead during intense situations and adapt to fast changing business conditions.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders, including the board, peers, customers, vendors, partners, and thought leaders within their respective market.
  • Ability to lead, influence and communicate across the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport and trust.
