Manager of Client Support Services

The Manager of Client Support Services is directly responsible for leading the support line
operations for all assigned product lines, as well as, staff supervision.

Job Duties


    Management
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Product Support.
  • Lead/Manage any assigned staff in the successful attainment of objectives set by Senior Management.
  • Transactions
  • Develop operational procedures to quickly, efficiently, and consistently respond to client inquiries.
  • Facilitate and coordinate team meetings, including but not limited Sutherland, monthly product team meetings, and continuing education for the team.
  • Coordinate the creation of client support materials.
  • Serve as a resource for the client services division (Client Managers, Implementation Managers, etc.).
  • Manage Client Feedback and reach out to clients as necessary.
  • Assist sales as necessary to review RFPs and conduct demos regarding to address technical requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Compliance
  • Comply with internal policies, as well as all applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Communicate to direct reports any changes in policies and procedures in a timely manner and ensure proper compliance is followed.

Working Conditions


  • If working remotely, will be expected to travel as needed to Company’s
  • headquarters.
  • Periodic weekend or evening work is expected, in addition to occasional on-call.
  • rotation for escalations during holidays.

Qualificiations


  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Masters/MBA)
  • Minimum of two years’ experience with Symplicity products
  • Experience reviewing and responding to RFPs
  • General Knowledge of Agile Development
  • Previous Supervisory Experience (Preferred)
