The Role:The Sr. Revenue Enablement Specialist role is responsible for skills, product, systems and process enablement of the Go to Market organization. The individual will work as a valued business partner to the Revenue and Customer Success leadership teams as well as Product Management, Marketing, and Finance to build and execute learning and development programs to accelerate the team’s goal achievement.What You Will Do:
- Responsible for building and maintaining role-based continuous learning programs and skills development of the Go to Market teams with a focus on Sales and Customer Success. Areas of focus include prospect engagement strategies, sales methodology, customer retention strategies and Salesforce & related systems enablement.
- Own the onboarding program for the Sales and CS team new hires, which includes building and maintaining the new hire onboarding materials and program for those teams.
- Create and deliver high-quality learning content in collaboration with the Revenue Organization leadership team, Product Management, Marketing and maintain content.
- Drive strong participation in regular training cadence, deliver relevant content in multiple formats including live training, virtual training, video, slideware and regular training via written communications.
- Support 1-1 coaching and demo sessions in collaboration with the Sales and CS leadership teams and Subject Matter Experts
- Drive engagement and skills advancement through Go to Market technology, such as engagement and communication sequencing tools (i.e. Outreach, SalesHub and related systems)
- Contribute to the development of the Go to Market team’s process and maintain related documentation.
- Responsible for building the Enablement function roadmap based on analysis of team member behavior, reviewing forecasts & dashboards and conferring with revenue team's leadership.
- Implement methodology to measure team performance and take action for continuous improvement.
You Are/Have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Enablement role
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, customer engagement tools (i.e Outreach, Salesloft, SalesHub) and conversation intelligence tools (Gong)
- Experience with a Learning or Content Management Tool, instructional design, program design & development, and training technologies
- Experience and high comfort level delivering effective classroom training
- Demonstrate knowledge of adult learning principles, processes and methodologies including methods and techniques used in training assessment, design, development and measurement
- Ability to communicate and present ideas effectively both orally and in writing

The salary range for this position is $87,000 to $115,700 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
