Job Description:
The Senior Digital Advertising Specialist will manage advertising campaigns for our Legal, Home Services and MediSpa customers. The Senior Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for the technical execution of online marketing campaigns including Search Engine Marketing, Display, Social, Video Advertising services, and LSAs (Local Service Ads). The Senior Digital Advertising Specialist will conduct a thorough consultative review of the customer’s digital marketing performance and provide solid, actionable insights.
This is a great opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams including brand marketing, digital and sales to truly drive the strategy for multi-channel programs. This full-time position reports to the Digital Advertising Supervisor and can be remote.
Essential Functions:
- Manage accounts through the life-cycle starting with on-boarding to regular day to day account management
- Respond to customer requests and communications in a timely manner, based on SLAs set by the company
- Maintain a customer retention rate that is deemed acceptable by the company
- Act as a true consultant by understanding the clients core goals
- Plan advertising strategy on a monthly and quarterly basis with clients
- Execute and present results of key initiatives
- Identify opportunities to enhance a client's advertising portfolio
- Ensure that accounts meet client defined budget and metric goals
- Optimize accounts on a regular basis based on best practices outlined by the company
- Deploy A/B testing and CRO tactics to improve account performance
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other optimization tools
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads
- 2+ Years Customer Service Experience
- 2+ Years Experience managing digital campaigns
- Comfortable managing and optimizing digital advertising accounts with large budgets
- Experience managing and growing Google LSA campaigns (Legal Experience Bonus)
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Google Analytics Certification
- Google AdWords and Microsoft Ads Certifications
- Experience as a PPC analyst (Legal Experience Bonus)
- Prior experience with bid management software such as Kenshoo, Marin, Doubleclick
- Project management experience
- Legal, Home Service, and/or MediSpa Digital Advertising experience
- Prior experience with digital marketing agencies
- Prior experience managing complicated clients with confidence

The salary range for this position is $50,900 - $94,800.
