Our technology leverages computer-generated holograms and laser-based light sources to deliver unparalleled image quality, significantly enhancing automotive safety through holographic AR-HUDs.Job Purpose:We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Test & Validation Technician to manage our advanced laboratory operations.

In this role, you will oversee lab activities, train new operators and engineers, conduct quality checks, monitor equipment performance, and ensure seamless communication with senior engineers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment, contributing to cutting-edge technology that impacts automotive safety.Duties and Responsibilities:Follow instructions and perform laboratory testing on optical components according to established test procedures.Supervise day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and in accordance with protocols.Train and mentor new operators and engineers, providing guidance and support.Log test results meticulously, maintaining accuracy and reliability in data recording.Work with hardware, software, and PC-based systems, and operate stand-alone instruments.Communicate effectively with team members, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on testing progress and results.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Physics, Optics, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.At least 2 years of work experience in a lab environment.Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and software applications.Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Proficiency in operating PC-based and stand-alone instruments without supervision.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data integrity and quality control.Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, advanced Excel, or similar tools for scientific data analysis is an advantage.What We Offer:A comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental care.Flexible, core hours-based work schedule.25 days of annual leave per year, plus additional holidays and sick time.Opportunities for advancement and growth as Envisics expands its footprint in the industry.The chance to work alongside subject matter experts on cutting-edge technology.Why Join Us?At Envisics, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion, and are committed to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.
