SUMMARY: Join Elligo Health Research as the Inside Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in driving our growth. As a dynamic team member, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships within the Healthcare Industry to include: CRO’s, Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, Physician Practices and Healthcare Institutions - showcasing the value of Elligo Health’s research solutions, and contributing to the overall success of our mission to accelerate clinical research. The Inside Sales role is responsible for driving sales leads for 6 therapeutic areas and increasing sales by recommending new product offerings to existing customers.
You will be responsible for increasing the customer base and influencing cross-functional teams to eliminate barriers to sales success. Overall, focused on driving new customers leads to outside sales. This role is also responsible for interfacing with multiple people or departments internally to help prevent and resolve customer problems. You will analyze sales statistics and business needs to provide recommendations to customers and stakeholders.RequirementsESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Initiate outbound outreach to CRO’s, Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, Physician Practices and Healthcare Institutions to promote Elligo's patient-centric clinical trial solutions.
- Qualify leads by assessing their fit for specific clinical trials and understanding their research needs.
- Foster relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare/life science settings to expand Elligo's network of clients.
- Provide in-depth product/services knowledge and articulate the unique advantages of Elligo's integrated research platform.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of Elligo's clinical trial portfolio.
- Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage leads, monitor sales activities, and generate insightful reports for management.
- Execute marketing and sales programs for territory growth.
- Define and track opportunity pipeline in Salesforce
- Coordinate with outside sales to maximize sales coverage of the commercial markets.
- Effectively prioritize and respond to inbound leads or customer requests for information.
- Oversee and manage customer relationships for an assigned book of accounts.
- Stay abreast of developments in the healthcare and clinical research sectors, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the outside sales and marketing team to align outreach efforts with targeted campaigns and maximize lead conversion.
- Represent Elligo at industry events, fostering connections and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project initiation and maintain high client satisfaction throughout the process.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong customer service orientation, focusing on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Comfortable using sales and CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and analyze data. Overall, tech savvy.
- Collaborative Team player mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team-driven environment.
- Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization, namely Operations and regionals sales manager.
- Ability to work with functional groups and different levels of employees throughout Elligo to achieve business results effectively and professionally.
- Proactive and timely follow-up skills: the ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external stakeholder needs as needed.
- Strong organizational skills: ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem solver with a knack for identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical and medical device products.
- Curious nature: willingness to learn and expand current knowledge of the health Science and Clinal Research industry.
- General and clinical understanding of the Clinical Research/pharmaceutical market.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Science is preferred.
- Two+ years of proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
