SFI is searching for an experienced SharePoint Manager to assist the Program Manager with managing the development and O&M of 40+ enterprise SharePoint applications on a 13-person team. They must have experience managing SharePoint Power Platform applications and managing the transition of SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint online. The ideal candidate must excel in communication, enabling effective interaction with customers and possess strong management skills. Moreover, the role involves collaborating with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translating them into efficient solutions utilizing Power Platform, M365, SharePoint, SPFx, OneDrive, and Teams.
This is a full-time position (with benefits) and is fully funded.

Requirements
Education/Experience:
- BS or BA in CS, CIS, EE, Math or equivalent technical studies.
- 8 years of IT experience
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience with a focus on SharePoint implementations.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- PMP
- Microsoft SharePoint Certifications
Primary Responsibilities:
The SharePoint Manager responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Act as a Business Analyst and help define user stories if needed.
- Develop detailed project timelines and budgets.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path and schedules.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and adherence to timelines.
- Lead and facilitate meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues within projects; develop contingency plans.
- Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication channels are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to best practices and lessons learned to improve future project performance.
- Experience using Jira and developing user stories.
- Extensive experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Office 365, and other project management software.
- Knowledge of SharePoint customization, workflows, and integrations with other system
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- The salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually
