Regional Business Technology Consultant (Regional vCIO)
(This is a remote position open to applicants residing in TX)
Job Description
The Regional vCIO leads a Customer Success team and provides mentorship and development to CSMs and vCIOs. You will also develop internal procedures, protocol and documentation and collaborate with peers in other regions to provide a consistent experience across regions. Regional vCIOs serve as a consultative conduit to clients to identify the proper resources to aid in their business needs. The team retains an existing book of clients and identifies key stakeholders to understand the decision-making process and current and historic technology and business issues.
You will be responsible for educating the client on the technology market and upcoming trends and meeting to discuss service delivery, business forecasts, technology changes and opportunities, upcoming projects, and provide reports about service delivery and system maintenance. As a vCIO, you will create executive-facing client deliverables that describe business process and technology solutions. The Customer Success team maintains and increases client revenue by providing project opportunities, lifecycle asset management consulting, warranty and service contract renewals, and opportunities to utilize additional services. You will aid in the building and execution of project plans to include statements of work, implementation plans, client expectations, and documentation and billing.
Requirements
4 years’ related experience
Strong understanding of technology and business productivity systems
Experience managing multiple accounts and systems at one time with high attention to detail
Ability to interface with clients and team at an executive level
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with junior team members and provide a high level of service when delegating and not directly involved with a client issue
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required prior to start date for all employees

Salary Range
$100,000 to $115,000 + Bonus Quarterly Eligibility
