This role is pivotal in amplifying our online presence and maximizing revenue through strategic content partnerships. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven strategies to significantly increase traffic and revenue, ensuring our content effectively reaches and engages our target audience.

How will you make an impact?


  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to double the traffic to GOBankingRates.com from content partnerships.
  • Enhance the click-through rate (CTR) from links within editorial content syndicated to publisher partners.
  • Partner with the Product team to set up tests for new related linking strategies.
  • Improve link placement, optimize link copy, and increase CTR, traffic, and revenue for GOBankingRates.com.
  • Work with the Analytics team to enhance and create new dashboards and reports within Google Analytics, Tableau, and other platforms.
  • Measure the effectiveness of related links within syndicated content and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to ensure related links appear correctly across external partner platforms. Report and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain seamless operations.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to achieve a 10X increase in revenue from content partnerships.
  • Focus on enhancing the CTR from links within advertorial content syndicated to publisher partners.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to the Product team for automation tools being developed to support this role.
  • Regularly communicate learnings and best practices around related linking within articles to Content, Partnerships, and other internal stakeholders.
  •  Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.

What Will You Bring to Us?


  • 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role with a strong emphasis on data-driven strategies and analytics within a digital marketing company.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive traffic and revenue through strategic content partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights to various stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 per year. Pay offered may vary


based on a number of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills,


experience, and location.
