As a Senior Technical Talent Partner, we are looking for a Talent Advisor to our technology leaders as we continue to scale, providing talent insights of the technical talent market while also providing a top-notch candidate and hiring manager experience.

You will…


  • Reporting to, and with the full support of the Chief People Office, lead the Technical Recruiting for various technology groups (Software, Hardware, Radio Frequency)
  • Partner with Technology Hiring Leaders to be a Talent Advisor - understand their business; know their team members and what they do; know how their role impacts the overall business; as the TA expert, provide guidance and not be hesitant to be curious
  • Educate, excite and sell candidates on why Dedrone should be the employer of choice, while also providing a great candidate experience. Additionally, give our Leaders a great Hiring Manager experience by providing a meaningful partnership
  • You will be the initial face of the company, as you leverage various outlets, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter and your network, to engage active and passive candidates via strategic outreaches
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and share improvements and recommendations to the People Team and Hiring Leaders

  • Several years of successful technical recruiting experience, with curiosity and grit. With curiosity, you are a continuous learner by asking questions and seeking things out. With grit, you have the mindset to not give up
  • Creative searches are what you enjoy, as you do not rely on applicants and like to actively hunt for candidates via creative searches and strategic messaging
  • You are a great relationship builder, connecting with your team, guiding candidates through the interview process while also keeping Hiring Leaders informed of searches and industry trends
