About the Role:As an Executive Assistant supporting our Federal government client, you will be trusted to provide administrative support to division leadership and assist them in ongoing operations. Working directly with the federal leadership will provide visibility into the direction and priorities of the division. You will help the entire team by helping to drive transparency and context from your role. The role requires a self-starter, comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Planning, developing, managing, and controlling of various administrative programs necessary for the day to day operations of the organization.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of administrative management policies.
- Providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and handling information requests.
- Performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
- Organizing, compiling, and preparing information such as program accomplishments, process status updates, personnel structure changes and project management metrics for reporting to senior executive leadership.

Location:You will work as part of a remote team. In office options are available for candidates in the Washington, DC or Atlanta, GA area. Required Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of professional experience
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience tracking multiple efforts and deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Demonstrated effective and strong communication skills
- Experience developing and maintaining spreadsheets
- Experience organizing and maintaining calendars for multiple managers
- Experience developing reports, minutes, memos, briefs, and correspondence
- Experience maintaining and filing records
- Experienced Microsoft Office Suite user, with typing and editing experience
- Experienced Microsoft Teams user
- Experience monitoring taskings and data calls, distributing assignments, monitoring completion, and coordinating requests
- Must be a US citizen and have the ability to pass an IRS suitability background check
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Knowledge of contact center operations and related technologies
- Previous experience supporting the IRS
- Preexisting IRS clearance (MBI letter)
