The Resource Services Manager will be a key player in our staff augmentation services, responsible for managing client relationships, creating and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), nurturing relationships with consultants, and providing detailed reports to stakeholders. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for external clients, understanding their staffing needs, and building strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to assess their staffing requirements, address any concerns, and provide updates on recruitment activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on staffing strategies, market trends, and best practices.
Candidate Selection and Candidate Management
- Work closely with internal and external Recruiting teams to attract qualified candidates
- Monitor recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and placement status to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants to ensure their satisfaction and productivity.
- Regularly communicate with consultants to address any issues or concerns they may have.
KPI Creation and Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the resource services operations.
- Analyze KPI data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Report on KPI performance to senior management and suggest actionable insights.
Business Development and Growth:
- Identify opportunities to expand services and grow client accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop marketing materials, proposals, and presentations for client pitches and renewals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies and enhance our competitive position.
Technical Liaison:
- Act as a technical liaison between clients and account executives to ensure clear communication and understanding of technical requirements.
- Translate client technical needs into actionable tasks for the account executives and consulting team.
- Provide technical insights and support during client meetings to facilitate effective decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and workforce planning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to changing client needs.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
