2nd Shift (Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:30pm)
Hourly base rate and $3 shift differential for working off shift.The Production Technician will work in our Dry Film Lab. They will be responsible for using a laminator machine to imprint artwork onto large copper sheets through a process that is similar to photo development.Duties and responsibilities:
- Cleaning and surface preparation of raw material.
- Responsible for handoff of prepped sheets and strips from the lab to electroplating.
- Follow all company safety policies and practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial lamination, printing press, or screen printing is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new processes.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Desire to bring a positive attitude to your team and work every day.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Stand for 4+ hours a day.
- Willingness to work around chemicals and use appropriate PPE.
