2nd or 3rd Shift (2nd: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm; 3rd: Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am)
$23-$25 (includes hourly base rate and shift differential for working off shift)We are seeking an experienced operator who is able to work efficiently on a router machine.Duties and responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and perform set-ups.
- Troubleshoot machinery when there is a process issue.
- Complete finishing operations and quality inspections for our products.
- Set and load all tools following set-up instructions to complete all assigned jobs.
- Follow all company safety policies and practices.
Required qualifications:
- Prior experience running a router machine is required.
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Machine Operator.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to use inspection equipment, such as micrometers and calipers, and ability to read blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Team oriented and communication skills.
- Strong math and computer skills.
- Must be a motivated self-starter and be able to work independently.
- Ability to work overtime, sometimes on short notice.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Desired qualifications:
- Manufacturing and/or technical experience.
Physical requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Stand for 4+ hours a day.
- Willingness to work around chemicals and use appropriate PPE.
